One-to-one sessions with our Nutritionist - can be In Person here in Mill Valley or anywhere else via Zoom.  We start with a formal 2hr Intake session that discusses  your health and family health history, medications, supplements, symptoms, environment, lifestyle, lab results, a nutritional-focused physical exam to identify evidence of any deficiencies, and talk about how you’d like to proceed and then you can book ongoing 1hr sessions on an as-needed basis

We will build a meal plan to meet all your dietary goals.
